Your Lactation Consultant Specialist Visit
What a in-home visit looks like:
- Phone call prior to arrival
- Visit from a International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- Review of intake and recommendations
- 1.5-2 hour visit in home
- Before and after feeding weight to assess intake
- Assess latching, effective nursing, milk transfer and more
- Screen for clogged ducts, mastitis, over and under supply, etc.
- Assess baby for any transfer issues, tongue ties, high pallets, etc.
- Create a sustainable plan for nursing/pumping/milk supply stabilization
- Follow up available via phone/email for 48 hours.
*please make sure your baby has not eaten 90 minutes prior to your scheduled visit in order for our lactation consultant to have an assessment
$225 In Home IBCLC Visit
What a Phone/Zoom consult looks like:
- Facilitated by our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC)
- Review of intake
- 45-60 minutes consult via phone or video call
- Assess latching, effective nursing, milk transfer
- Screen for clogged ducts, mastitis, over and under supply, etc
- Assess baby for any transfer issues, tongue ties, high pallets, etc.
- Create a sustainable plan for nursing/pumping/milk supply stabilization
- Follow up available via phone/email for 48 hours.
